I was really hoping to find a decent new vape, but the selection just felt limited. Like, really limited. A bunch of the devices I was looking for were either out of stock or just not on the site at all, which was frustrating. The site itself was fine to use, nothing terrible there, but again, the choices were so limited that I ended up giving up and buying from somewhere else.

Ordered from evapo.co.uk and, shockingly, everything turned up exactly as it should — no missing bits, no random wrong flavours, no little “surprises” to deal with. It arrived when expected and was packed properly, which apparently isn’t always a given these days. it was just nice not having to chase anyone or sort out a mess. I’d use them again

I’m just kind of mentally drained dealing with this. The range is really poor, and it feels like I’m constantly having to work around it or worry about whether it’ll actually reach where I need it to.

My order turned up really well packed, with no crushed boxes or leaks. The bottles had plenty of padding around them, and the parcel was taped up properly. My sister was here when I opened it and even commented that it looked much better packed than some deliveries we’ve had before. Not much else to say, really, it arrived tidy and safe, which is exactly what I wanted.

I’ve been using Evapo for a while now, and the loyalty points are actually handy. They add up and help knock a bit off my next orders, which is always a nice bonus 🙂

I tried Evapo for the first time the other day, i was half expecting the usual online checkout drama. You know when you add everything to your basket, then the discount code refuses to work, or the payment page freezes right at the end? None of that happened. I picked what I needed, added it to my basket, the discount applied without any fuss, and the payment went through straight away. A few moments later, the order confirmation landed in my inbox, and that was it. Really simple, really stress free, and exactly how an online order should be.

They helped me figure out the right coils super fast, i’m 100% convinced I would’ve picked the wrong ones on my own. The whole thing was quick, easy, and exactly what I needed

The prices were decent and my liquid showed up quicker than I expected. Can’t really complain at all, ALL GOOD from my experience.

Support did help me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. At first it kind of felt like nobody had actually read my message, so I had to wait and explain things again before getting a useful response.

My order did arrive in the end and everything was fine once it got here, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual item or the final result. The only thing that made the experience a bit frustrating was the communication along the way. I felt like I had to keep checking myself to see what was happening, and the updates didn’t feel very clear or timely. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but it did feel a little slow and uncertain while I was waiting. I think clearer order updates would make the whole process feel a lot smoother...

I ordered from Evapo and it did arrive eventually, just a little slower than I was expecting. It wasn’t massively late or anything, but I thought it would come a bit quicker. Packaging was fine though, no issues there.

I was surprised—the prices were cheaper than what I usually pay at my local shop. Nothing fancy to say, just a solid deal and I’m HAPPY with it

Had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure how it would go, but Evapo got back to me really quickly and sorted everything out with no hassle!! The person I spoke to was super helpful and easy to deal with. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and they did a great job. I’d definitely use them again...

I was trying to place an order the other night after dinner, and the age check just would not go through, even after I uploaded my ID. I double-checked the photo and everything because I figured maybe it was my fault, but it still kept failing. Support did eventually get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took long enough that I was close to just giving up and doing something else. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just way more annoying than it needed to be

I returned my item and the refund came through quickly, which was a relief. No hassle or stress, so I guess... yeah, smooth experience overall.

My first impression was that the quality seemed decent overall. Everything looked fine at the start, and it worked okay, but after using it for a bit, I noticed some of the coils didn’t last as long as I expected. Not terrible, just a little hit or miss

I’ve used Evapo a few times, mainly when they’ve got discounts going, and it does seem to save a bit compared to some other shops. The promo codes usually work without any hassle, although I did have one that took me a minute to figure out at checkout. Not sure it’s perfect, but overall it’s been decent value and I’d probably use them again.

I was just happy to see the stuff I needed was actually in stock. Nice and easy overall.
